| Various parts made from Sintered Neodymium Iron Boron magnets boast magnetic energy values ranging from 40MGOe to 52MGOe, depending on grade and material. Magnets may be produced in large blocks for subsequent processing, or as tailor made components made by die pressing. We are equipped to fabricate these materials to customers blueprint specifications with shapes of blocks, rounds, rings, arcs, rods and more. |
| Surface Treatment |
| Sintered NdFeB Magnets are prone to rust, usually need surface treatment according to customer's requirements. One or two coating layers are often needed depending on different working environments. The coating materials includes Nickel, Zinc, Copper, epoxy, and with grey, silver, gold or black, red colors. The finished coating is smooth, free of voids and pinholes. |
